Dog Friendly Cottages in Wales
We have two dog friendly holiday cottages in Mid-Wales to choose from. Both Penroc and Ty Mari Welsh Cottages welcome dogs and there is an air purifier to remove dog dander from the air before the next arrivals. We accept well-behaved dogs in our cottages, but we politely request they stay downstairs (there are stair gates if needed!) and off sofas and beds. Our Dog Friendly Holiday Cottages boast many features making them perfect for a relaxed getaway in the countryside with areas safely away from sheep! Both our cottages have a gas stove to relax around, making a perfect space to be cosy and enjoy the company of both your dog and friends and family!

Both of our dog-friendly holiday cottages come fully equipped with king size beds as well as comfy twin rooms – so after a long day of walking with the dogs and outdoor activities, you will be sure of a good night’s sleep. But before you turn in for the night, you can take full advantage of the wonderful views that mid-west Wales has to offer on the balcony terrace, while enjoying a home cooked dinner or glass of wine on a summer’s evening. The international dark sky park is nearby so star-gazing is an unforgettable experience. One site is at The Arch, just close to Welsh Hideaways.
For those cold and dark nights, there are a range of options to keep you entertained as you enjoy the heat of the stove, including Smart TV, DVDs, audio system, surprisingly fast internet and a good selection of games. Whether it’s a romantic countryside retreat or a large family/group walking holiday in Wales – the cottages cater for everyone (even your dog!).
